Some elements about the applied methodology :

  • Branswijck Recruitment accepts only missions that are in their competence domain and rely on the expertise of their staff.
  • A project leader opens a recruitment file and has the responsibility to oversee it from the start to conclusion. He/she has followed, by preference an academic education and/or has acquired a relevant practical experience in the domain of recruitment.
  • The people that do selection activities have to comply with a least one of the following conditions :
    Have significant professional experience in the sector of people- or company management of at least three years.
    Have followed a higher education with success.
  • From the outlined profile, the most efficient recruitment actions are set-up.
  • The client will provide all relevant information to enable Branswijck Recruitment to work in a professional manner. The client will introduce Branswijck Recruitment sufficiently to the issues, the strategy, organization and culture.

We select candidates for you with the required expertise for a vacancy through a direct approach of candidates by either using network and/or database searches, and/or identification of new candidates by our recruiters. Based on your demand for different profiles, we will inform you about the status of the recruitment process in regular reports.


Finally, the client is the decision maker and decides if a candidate will be hired or not.
